This Domain Registration Agreement outlines the terms and conditions governing the registration, renewal, and management of domain names through LWF Host. By registering a domain with us, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the policies stated in this agreement.
Domain Registration Process
Domain registrations are subject to availability and compliance with naming regulations. When you submit a registration request, LWF Host facilitates the process through accredited registrars. Successful registration grants you the right to use the domain, but ownership remains subject to compliance with ICANN and registry policies.
Domain Renewal and Expiry
Domains are registered for a specified period and must be renewed before expiration to prevent loss of ownership. Failure to renew a domain by the due date may result in suspension or release for public registration. LWF Host is not responsible for domains lost due to non-renewal. Auto-renewal options are available for convenience, but users are responsible for ensuring payments are completed on time.
Domain Transfers
You may transfer a domain to or from LWF Host, provided that all applicable requirements are met. Transfer requests must comply with ICANN policies, including the unlocking of domains, obtaining an authorization code, and confirming the transfer with the domain owner. LWF Host reserves the right to reject transfers that violate security or legal provisions.
Domain Ownership and Responsibilities
As the domain registrant, you are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of registration details, including contact information. Providing false or misleading details may lead to suspension or termination of the domain. It is your duty to maintain and update records to comply with ICANN guidelines.
Acceptable Use of Domains
Domains registered through LWF Host must not be used for unlawful activities, spam, phishing, fraud, or other malicious purposes. Domains found in violation of these rules may be suspended or revoked without prior notice.
Dispute Resolution
Domain disputes are subject to ICANN’s Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP). If a dispute arises regarding domain ownership or trademark infringement, it must be resolved through the appropriate legal or arbitration channels. LWF Host does not intervene in disputes but complies with resolutions issued by the governing authorities.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Domain registration fees are generally non-refundable. Once a domain is registered, cancellations or changes may not be possible. Refund requests, if any, will be handled according to LWF Host’s refund policy.
Policy Updates and Amendments
LWF Host reserves the right to modify this Domain Registration Agreement to reflect regulatory or operational changes. Any updates will be posted with an updated effective date, and continued use of our domain services constitutes acceptance of the revised agreement.
