If our technical support team is unable to rectify the problem within this timeframe, a refund request may be submitted for review. Otherwise, after one week, the issue will be considered resolved, and any further refund claims will be treated as fraudulent.
Non-Refundable Services
Certain services are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
Domain name registrations, renewals, and transfers.
SSL certificates.
Any additional add-ons, upgrades, or third-party services.
Services that have been used extensively or misused in violation of our Acceptable Use Policy.
Refund Request Process
To request a refund, you must submit a request to our support team within seven (07) days of the issue arising. The request should include details of the problem encountered, along with any troubleshooting steps taken. Refund Approval and Processing
If a refund is approved, the amount will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-14 business days. Refunds will only be issued for the service fee paid and will not include any transaction or processing fees incurred.
Cancellations and Terminations
If an account or service is terminated due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions or Acceptable Use Policy, no refund will be issued. Customers who cancel their services voluntarily are not eligible for a refund unless they meet the refund eligibility criteria mentioned above.
